    Council recorded the nature of the interest as: Cr Speedie’s domestic partner is one of the developers for two items listed in the Building Report. Acting Chairperson At this point Cr Speedie asked for nominations for the position of acting Chairperson when item 9.3 was before the meeting. Cr Lowe nominated Cr Quilty, and the nomination was seconded by Cr Bennett. There were no other nominations.
