    MOTION Cr Danny Chamberlain / Cr Danny Lowe That Council: 1.Requests authorisation from the Minister for Planning to prepare and exhibit the draft Amendment C139 documents (Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4) to the Wodonga Planning Scheme under section 8A(2) and (3) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987; 2.Authorises the Director Planning, Development and Infrastructure to make minor editorial changes to the amendment documentation and to fulfil any conditions of authorisation prior to public exhibition if required; and 3.If authorised by the Minister for Planning, exhibit the amendment to the Wodonga Planning Scheme in accordance with notice requirements under section 19 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.Cr Libby Hall left the meeting at 7:22 pm
